General information

This website is run by Appbuddy Consultancy LLP, trading as LetsApp. We collect only what you send us: the name, email address, phone number and message you type into a form on this site, and the file you attach when applying for a role. We also keep ordinary web-server logs (the pages requested and the time), which we use to keep the site working and secure.

Nothing you send is sold, rented or shared with other organisations for their marketing. We share it only where it is needed to answer you, when you have asked us to, or where the law requires it — for example to investigate fraud, a threat to someone’s safety or a breach of these terms.

What we use it for

A message sent from the contact, quote, training or coding-class forms is used to reply to you, to prepare the estimate or the batch you asked about, and to keep a record of that conversation. A job application is used only to consider you for the role you applied for.

We may write to you about the enquiry you made; we do not add you to a mailing list unless you ask to join one.

Cookies and storage

This site sets no tracking or advertising cookies. It stores one preference in your browser — the light or dark theme you chose — and nothing that identifies you. The security check on our forms works without a cookie.

Where it is kept

Form submissions are stored on our own hosting and emailed to our office mailbox. Access is limited to the people who reply to enquiries. We keep an enquiry for as long as the conversation is live and for a reasonable period afterwards; an application is kept for the duration of the hiring round unless you ask us to keep it on file.

Links to other sites

Pages here link to the Play Store, the App Store, our social profiles and the sites of the businesses we have worked with. Each has its own privacy policy, which applies once you leave this site.

Changes

If this policy changes in a way that matters to you, we will note it on this page with the date of the change.
